What To Buy Someone You Love

Sunday, February 7th, 2010

Buying gifts for a loved one can be a strenuous exercise especially if the recipient is fairly particular. Afterall, we want our gift to be just right and for them to absolutely love it. What we do not want is that look of “Oh, Is that it” that we have all encountered at one time or another.

I have done my share of gift buying stretching many years and while I am nowhere near an expert, I reckon I have a handle on what gift to give anyone regardless of age and sex. As I said, years of experience here and I would like to impart some of that experience on you now to help you gain an understanding on the art of gift giving and buying.

Buying For Her

Ok. The girls want one of three things here. They either want to look good, feel good or smell good. That is a fact, so why not stimulate one of these desires and get them a gift to help them achieve this. This can be done in a number of ways. One is to have a snoop around and find out what products she already uses. Another way is to buy her proven and trusted products that have stood the test of time in regards to appeal and quality.

One such product is a certain scent of body butter. This range of body butters are outstanding and due to fact they have been around for a while tells you about the quality. I found a mountain of information including price and shipping arrangements at www.delonbodybutter.com . It really helped my research.

If she is into having that bronzed look all year round it makes great sense to buy her a machine to spray on the tan. These small economical devices are ideal for having an even, all over tan even in the depths of winter. I discovered all the info I needed when I went to www.spraytanmachine.org , where they discussed price, shipping and more.

Buying For Him

This is guaranteed to work. Get him a mobile cooler. How cool will he look in front of his friends and family when he walks into the family gathering the latest and greatest cooler with collapsable sides and on wheels? www.coolersonwheels.net has all the info including pricing and shipping etc so it is worth it to head over and complete your due diligence.

DC25 Vacuum

The Dyson DC25 cleaner is an odd looking thing. For starters, it doesn’t have wheels, like most vacuum cleaners do. No, it has a ball. That’s right, the whole thing sits on a ball. The reason for that makes sense though. With a ball it’s easy to tilt, twist and turn around corners and obstacles. Ever wanted to do a 90 degree right angle turn with your vacuum? Well, now you can.

Actually it goes deeper than that (as does the suction, which we’ll come to). The motor is insided the ball, making good use of space and putting the weight low down. That helps even more with moving it about easily.

The DC25 has something called root cyclone tech. is used to ’spin’ the dirt right out of the air. There’s a cyclone going on inside the cleaner. The speed of the air spinning inside makes any dirt particles fall right down into the chamber. That leads to the big selling point of all Dyson vacuum cleaners: no loss of suction.

There’s no bag to get clogged so there’s never any loss of suction, even when the dirt chamber is nearly full. That gives you truly efficient cleaning.

The dc25 vacuum cleaner has a washable lifetime HEPA filter. The filter traps microscopic allergens, so things like pollen and bacteria get trapped. The air coming out of the vacuum is many, many times cleaner than the air you’re likely to breathe in your own home!

The ‘Animal’ version has a motorized brushbar – ideal to get rid of pet hair from carpets. You can turn it off if you need to protect delicate rugs or floors. Don’t worry about odour from cleaning up pet hairs.
